Shipping
Delivery time
We aim to ship your order within 1-2 working days after payment. You will receive a track & trace code by email to track your order. If you have any questions about your order, please email us at: info@divarsity.nl.
Shipping costs & carrier
Our packages are sent via PostNL. For shipping within the Netherlands we charge a rate of € 5.95. The parcels are delivered from Tuesday to Saturday.
Free shipping
Shipping costs are free for orders over € 75. Please note: for returns with an initial order value under € 75, we will charge € 5.95 in original shipping costs.
Returns
You can return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt. Send an email in advance to info@divarsity.nl stating that you want to return, stating your order number and the item(s) you want to exchange or return.
Please include your name and/or order number in or on the package so that we know that the package comes from you. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns that arrive without a name and/or order number.
Return shipping costs
You must bear the costs of returning your item(s) and return the item(s) in the original packaging. We will deduct the return shipping costs automatically from the total refund amount.
As soon as we have received your return shipment in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded to the account you used to pay within 7 days. Returns that fall outside the return period will not be processed and will be returned. Any costs for this are for the buyer.
Return conditions
- The items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging, including an attached Divarsity label tag.
- If we discover stains or odors during fitting, we must refuse your return.
- We do not offer a washing guarantee and we also do not provide a guarantee on buttons, stones or zippers.
- Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
